DockinaBox® & Offshore Performance Marine warrants to the original purchasing consumer that its own manufactured products and parts are free from defects in material and workmanship as stated in this Limited Warranty during the Product Warranty Period as identified herein. The Product Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase as shown on its receipt or invoice or upon date leaving a DockinaBox® or Dealer Warehouse. This Limited Warranty is not transferable or assignable.

If you discover within the Product Warranty Period a defect in material and/or workmanship, you must promptly notify your DockinaBox® or your local dealer of any claim under this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty and replaces all other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Some Provinces do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages or on the duration of implied warranty so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you legal rights but you may have other rights which vary from Province to Province. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.

In order to allow DockinaBox® an opportunity to assess the condition of the part or product for which a warranty claim is made, you shall provide reasonable access to the product or part to DockinaBox® and/or its agents. To facilitate the prompt assessment of your warranty claim, DockinaBox® may require additional documentation, photographs/images and other information. Failure to provide the foregoing within a reasonable time from the date of request by DockinaBox® may void your limited warranty.

This warranty will not cover the repair of damages caused by but not limited to: improper installation, wear and tear, alteration, staining, excessive physical damage, overloading, lack of maintenance, improper storage, failure to adhere to product capacity information and/or product instructions, damage by snow and ice, electrolysis, natural expansion or contraction, severe weather conditions, and Acts of God or force majeure. If any repair or replacement parts or products are used without the authorized written consent of DockinaBox® or made in an unauthorized methodology of repair; alter, modify or change the product or parts; you will void the limited warranty.

In no event shall DockinaBox®, its subsidiaries, parent, suppliers, dealer, distributors or service providers be liable for any incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, damage or injury of property, damage to watercraft, loss of use, inconvenience, cost of substitute equipment, loss of revenue, claims of third parties, and travel expenses. The liability of DockinaBox® and Offshore Performance Inc. shall in no event exceed the actual cash value of the covered item. All parts replaced under warranty will become the property of DockinaBox®. DockinaBox® reserves the right to change product models, features and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products or those currently held by dealers or consumers.
